The resulting attention to detail assures that no aspect of the development and management process will be overlooked. The principals of WPI take tremendous pride in the uninterrupted success of WPI projects, whether owned in venture with third party investors, or by individuals in the firm.

David Denton and Bruce Isackson are the cofounders of WPI. After obtaining a master's degree from UCLA Business School in 1981, Mr. Denton worked for 10 years with Investment Building Group in increasingly responsible positions. He concluded his tenure with IBG as the operating partner in charge of IBG's Bay Area office. Mr. Isackson graduated from UCLA in 1980, before a twelve year tenure with Cushman and Wakefield where he specialized in the leasing and sales of industrial properties. Mr. Isackson was consistently among the firm's top producers on a nationwide basis. Michael Schonenberg joined WPI in 1994. Mr. Schonenberg worked for Investment Building Group for eight years after his graduation from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1986.
