David Denton, CEO

After obtaining a master's degree from UCLA Business School in 1981, Mr. Denton worked for 10 years with Investment Building Group in increasingly responsible positions. He concluded his tenure with IBG as the operating partner in charge of IBG's Bay Area office.  Mr. Denton co-founded WPI with Bruce Isackson in 1991.

After his graduation from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1986, Mr. Schonenberg worked for Investment Building Group for eight years.  Mr. Schonenberg managed IBG's Bay Area office from 1991-1994, until he left to join WPI.

Mr. Isackson graduated from UCLA in 1980, then joined Cushman and Wakefield where he specialized in the leasing and sales of industrial properties. During his twelve years at Cushman, Mr. Isackson was consistently among the firm's top producers on a nationwide basis.
